Domain to page relevancy means the page linking to your website is relevant to your domain. Websites can occupy a so-called Bad Neighborhood. This refers to all websites that have been severely downgraded by search engines. User signals are behavioral patterns of users which Google uses to establish the rankings of your website in the search results. For instance: users click on a result in the search engines and after that, they immediately bounce back to Google. This is a signal that the website does not fit the search query of the user. Outbound, or external, links are links pointing outwards from your site to another website. They pass along some of your own site’s ranking power.
